The pandemic has driven a transformation in our consumer habits. The sustainable trend that already existed before the Covid-19 crisis, has been exponentially strengthened after the health crisis, both in the number of shops of organic products and in the number of consumers who choose to buy organic. The Covid has reminded us all of the importance of hygiene in people\u2019s health and has prioritized cleaning and disinfection in our day to day: we clean more and more often.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To respond to this demanding and existing demand, priority must be given to developing new products and formulas with less environmental impact, reducing the generation of plastic waste as much as possible and promoting the use of reusable materials. To identify this type of product there are numerous eco-labeling systems. Most are voluntary, they differ in the scope they cover (national or international), in the environmental issues they deal with and focus on different types of products or markets.<\/p>\n\n\n

In the case of chemical cleaning products, the most widely recognized eco-label is the European Ecological Label ECOLABEL<\/strong>, regulated by the European Parliament, with its own environmental criteria. Products that meet these criteria are identified by this logo:<\/p>\n\n\n
